HDMI express34 card recommendations?

What HDMI express34 card is recommended for the pre-thunderbolt (standard DVI) MacBook Pros (generations 1 - 4)? I need it to be compliant with high def 24bit 96KHz 5.1 audio. Obviously the video should do it's thing too.

I'm asking about HDMI only right now. Appreciate that but please assume I know what I'm asking for.
So... express34 HDMI card recommendations?
I expect the video works on all of them. I've seen many weird products in the past with standard audio functions disabled, so I'm asking specifically about that.
