HDR in new Photos OS X app?

Hi, I used use Aperture and export into Snapseed constantly, for their HDR effect.

Given the absence of this capability, is there any way to do HDR within OS X Photos?

Nope. But there is now in Lightroom 6/CC. You can merge photos via HDR and get a DNG file (not a dang bit map). You can also now do a pano merge and get a DNG result!

If you used Aperture, move on to Lightroom 6/CC where you can now do HDR and panos inside and do round trips to lots of plugins like Photoshop, Pixelmator, Topaz Labs, Nik, and Perfect Photo Suite.
