W waw74 macrumors 601 May 27, 2008 4,863 1,068 Dec 11, 2019 #3 where are you watching movies? apple, netflix, amazon...? you've confirmed settings? i've had them change by themselves with updates before. does the TV indicate HDR/Dolby Vision? and on the LG, you've enabled HDR on the port you're using? It's a port by port setting, and defaults to off.
