I'm assuming that you're interested in LCD tech only. Here's some things that I can think of.

PC LCD - higher resolutions; higher prices

HDTV LCD - usually brighter; lower resolutions (1366x768 on screens up to 37"; 1920x1080 on 45"/46")

Other stuff like response times vary depending on manufacturer, but the top of the line HDTV LCDs have 8ms rt's.

Obviously, HDTV will have speakers and tuners and many more inputs.
