Head of UK business

Anybody know who is in charge of Business sales in UK? Tying to spend large amount of £ and it used to be so simple. Now there is no record of the 50mins and process/order (I have the emails and phone record but nothing on Apple system) just been told. Been a day and half now. And as polite as the obviously not based in Ireland (Cork is the tel no) staff have been, it seems mad.
