Header and Footer in Pages

I can't quite seem to figure out how to make a header appear only on the first page in Pages. I have looked at other sites, and can't find out how either. Any help?

Make Page2 a new Section. In Page2, under Section, Headers & Footers, deselect "Match previous section".

I don't see "Section" as a tab or anything. Should I?
