Does anyone have a recommendation for an adapter that might work for both the iPad Pro (USB-C) and iPhone X (Lightning) connections? I'm using Bose headphones and have two adapters right now but it would be great to just have one. Thanks!

Thanks for that but doesn't really do what I'm looking for. I want one dongle that's a headset plug (female) with a USB-C (male) and lightning (male) on the other end. Been looking around and doesn't look like such a thing exists. Right now I have two dongles (headphone - female to USB-C - male) and (headphone - female to lightning - male) that I keep zip tied together so I don't lose 'em and connect my Bose QC20's.
I've seen the ones that you use for charging multiple devices but can't recall seeing any to connect to use for headphones.

Yup, just like that with a headphone jack instead. I’m doing this with both my dongles after I almost lost one on my last flight.
