Headphone Jack versus Dr. Dre's iBeats

I have been experiencing problems with my Apple headphones, so I broke down and bought the iBeats. i thought this would solve my problem, but it did not. Below are the symptoms I am experiencing...anyone else having the same problems?

One more point I forgot to mention, I used the iBeats on my Ipad and had the same problems.

1. Remote button does not work

1. Songs begin to skip or fast forward with any movement

Hrm. Shake to shuffle might be causing your songs to skip with movement. That is a setting you can turn off under settings/ipod.

This is definitely something to check out (caused me major issues riding a bike until I realized this was defaulted on)
