The issue i've had with the apple headphones, Bose in ear is that the wiring keeps splitting. How sturdy are these?

The ma750i cord is as sturdy as you will get. It's a fairly thick rubber insulated cord, much thicker than my mie2i and apple cords. I'd say it will stand up to more abuse. And RHA is super reliable with warranty replacements within 3 years of purchase, which is quite generous.

From what I've heard, the ma600i cable is also quite durable.

Both of them are well respected company with a large fan club and happy customers but i would personally go for the e10 earphones
