Has anyone been able to hear small static pops when headphones are plugged in but you're not listening to anything? If I pause a Netflix movie and go do something else really quick in silence I hear these small pops of static randomly in the headphones.

For example it won't do it if I stop touching the screen but as soon as I say scroll up and down the screen on say the browser it will start doing it.

Super annoying - I've noticed this since the first beta and still present in beta 3.

Noticed a more distinct 'pop' when playing music then an incoming call comes through as well

I get it shortly after I stop or pause any audio. I just assumed it was the iPad shutting off power to the headphone jack as a power-saving feature. Doesn't bother me.

Yep. Very evident when scrolling on safari with iPad AIR. Very annoying.
