Ok here's the problem.
I recently used the headset at work to watch a movie. Worked fine.
After i unplugged it still fine, however when i tried to make a call the loudspeaker stopped working. Whenever i press "Speaker" is says "Call ended..." and loses all reception.
When i plug the headset in, all sounds work fine (music, lock sounds etc), but when I try to make a call out I get a horrible noise in the form of "ring ring" example "FSSSHT FSSSHT" and nothing else.
Ive been looking around and the two may or may not be related but I have tried plugging and unplugging the headset a few times and restoring the iphone but both problems remain, can anyone help?
