Healthy Skin

So I have two questions for all you skincare experts:

  1. How long should I use the same disposable razor?
  2. Does hard water give you acne? Is it bad for your skin? Why?

Use a razor until it needs to be changed. :p A dull blade is not only going to give you a poorer shave, it's also more likely to cut you (and ragged blades leave nasty cuts, a clean cut can heal faster and better).

As for hard water, I can't imagine it causing you to have more acne, but it's not great for skin because it'll be rough on it. I know that it dehydrates my skin, but other than that, I'm not sure what other effect it might have.

Clinique has some shine control stuffs that work really well, make your face matte all day and it's in a tiny tube but lasts forever

Putting aftershave on my skin serverly irritates it. It would become red and inflammed!
Try Nivea for Men After Shave Balm for Sensitive Skin. I had problems with After Shave, but using the Nivea stuff fixed everything.

Drink lots of water
eat lots of Omega 3-6-9 fats makes skin smooth and more elastic...less inflammation and clogged pores...
Sleep lots
dont overclean, strips skin and forces skin to produce even more oils...

Get lots of exercise! How many athletes do you see with acne?

It's seriously the best thing you can do. Don't wear a hat unless you jog and live in Australia. Synthetic fabrics can oftentimes prevent your skin from breathing properly so if the acne is on the rest of your body, take care with what you wear. Also, don't use harsh detergents on your clothing and especially not on your bedsheets. The chemicals can make things worse.
