Apps Heart Rate and Step Counting Complications - Help Needed!

Hi guys, I got this image from a review, and was wondering what the step counting and heart rate complications are. Tried leaving a comment on the review page but no one replied.

The step is activity when your actively have it running. Then it's heart rate.

The heart rate complication on the watch on the left is HeartWatch.

are there any apps which show your daily steps in a complication? seems like one of the most basic required feature for a fitness device.

I have yet to find one, I've tried Pedometer++ but that only shows steps per session.
