Heart rate graph?

I can find my most recent heart rate reading and get the watch to do one on demand, but is there somewhere that graphs how my heart rate has varied during the day?

Yeah, I was wondering as well. It's under the Health app on your iPhone. Select Health Data -> Vitals and it's listed there. You can toggle it to show on your health dashboard and it shows the average as well as the reading from the watch which checks every 10 mins

I don't think it's the average HR that's shown, it is the last reading that's shown and the time it was taken.

You can see all the data in the health app. Your rate is taken every ten minutes. Look at all data to see how it varies over the day.
