Your chart seems wayyyy consistent compared to mine. Maybe it just likes your wrists better? Weird too my veins pop out all over my wrists i would imagine i would get better readings than someone carrying a bit of fat.
Yep - I'm starting to believe that I am just lucky and not the norm. I don't believe anymore that I am just wearing it right. I never wear a watch that can move or slide normally and I typically go one notch tighter and higher up the arm for workouts but others do the same.

My wrists are normal. Probably thin in depth with no fat either. Maybe I am just pale enough? :)

I've never had charts like others. The best charts for me will always be running or elliptical but weight lifting has never been an issue either.

Seems like my watch is much much better for gym tracking after os3 and the new iPhone 7(not that has anything to do with it?).
My previous heart rate before the update overall was 75-88 on average. Now it seems like its in the range of 102-114 which is much much improved and more accurate for weight training.
Anybody else notice this?
