I just installed version 3.5.2 on my iPhone 6. I am interested primarily of seeing my immediate heart rate while running on a treadmill. I'm not interested in average, low or maximum, just my immediate heart rate as it changes by the second. What screen is that viewed on and how is it displayed? Thanks so much for your help. HeartWatch's customer support has been largely absent without leave - AWOL.

Get a real heart rate monitor, either a chest strap, or a wrist one, and use the normal "activity" for treadmill/running.

Any reason not to just launch the stock Apple Watch heart rate app? It shows immediate heart rate after a short measurement period.

- Open the app on your watch
- turn the crown on the side of your Apple Watch
- Check all the screens you can pick and use the one that meets your demands. I think "training" will be your picK
