Since the last upgrade, (or, I believe maybe even iOS 5.0), I've been seeing large gaps in the actual heart rate data using Heartwatch. I reached out to their support, and they said essentially replace the permissions, (they gave me a procedure) and I tried that, with no luck. Then, I decided to remove the app, reboot, and reinstall, and still am seeing the same thing, with no consistency. Other apps, (Cardiogram, and Apple Health) show the HR data is there, just Heartwatch isn't seeing it. Anyone else? heartwatch.png

I just took a look at my Heartwatch data. I have the S4 and running 5.01. I am not seeing the gaps you are seeing. With the other apps showing all your data that is a puzzler. It looks like you have done all the steps I would have suggested.

No ideas here - sorry.

Well, I returned the S4, and decided to keep my S3 Stainless, and after restoring the software to the S3, I'm still having the problem. Cardiogram, and the app "Heart Analyzer" don't have the problem, so I'm about ready to toss the $$ I spent on Heartwatch, and just bite the bullet. It's still doing it, even after removing, and reinstalling on the Series 3, so I'm thinking it's just broke.
Too bad, it "WAS" a pretty decent app.

The only times I see gaps are during times I have taken my watch off. I am sorry it is not working for you. Not sure what is going on.
