OMG not 90 degrees! Pfff... post back when it's 110+ ...

Anyway, it's way hotter than 90 here all the time, and I haven't noticed my iPhone getting any warmer than usual. Maybe you're just used to it being cold.

Cloud cover vs direct sunlight is very important. When I was in Nags Head last weekend my iPhone was really hot, of course I was sitting on a beach in the direct sunlight. Once I got in the shade it cooled down. Just my 2 cents.

Im at the beach almost every day, my iphone is not getting any where near it. Im leaving it in the car, but even that im kind of worried about because i dont want it to get too hot in the middle counsel. When i go to the beach is the only time i leave my phone in the car, o well, its not like im going to stop going to the beach so im just going to have to put the sun screen up and hope my truck dosent get too hot.

I wouldn't leave my iPhone in the car (unless you are parking say in the garage by the spaghetti factory). Your poor iPhone will be super hot. What beach do you go to? Shoot the the Hale Koa parking garage is also another good choice, unless you are not military.

I was on a 5 hour road trip last week and i feel asleep (not while driving) with my iphone in my lap. I fell asleep for about 2 hours and when i woke up it was almost too hot to touch.

Whenever I think heat is going to be an issue (pocket on bike rides, heavy ipod use, etc.) I try to remember to "quit out" of the other apps with the press-n-hold home button. If I don't, it can def get warm.

haha been to hawaii recently huh? Nah i dont really go to Waikiki to much, and im not military. Im always at sandy beach on the east side, check it out next time you stop by. And unfortunetly i have no choice but to leave it in the truck... I usually go in the later after noon and the suns usually on its way down by then.

    iPhone Heat

I'm not sure what everyone else does but we've had a heat wave for multiple days (still hasn't stopped) with highs in the upper 90s. So, I just decided to ditch the iPhone case and dress it in a bikini instead ;)

There's a BIG difference between CA 90F and a NY 90F. Mostly has to do with humidity vs drier heat.
