What's the actual height of the current 21.5" iMac enclosure, not counting the space from the desk up to the enclosure?

I believe it is 17.75". Hope this helps.

17.75" is the total height of the iMac from the desktop surface to the top of the iMac. That dimensions image is deceptive. Unfortunately I don't have a 21.5" iMac to provide the actual measurement.

15" from the base of the chin to the top of the display. This is on a 2010, 21.5" iMac, but they haven't changed.
