Hello All,

I just got a macbook 2015 from the $999.99 best buy deal and now looking into get a usb c hub.
Anyone tried the primate mac hub 12? $66.99
or I should get the Satechi Hub? $34.99

Here are the two things I plan to do:
1.) connect the macbook to external monitor & keyboard once or twice a week.
2.) transfer the iPhone photos to the macbook or external storage once a month to clean up my iPhone storage.

I was going to get the Satechi but learned that it does not offer USB C to charge the macbook... I know the battery life is great but not sure is that realistic.

Just buy the usb-c multiport adapter and you can use standard usb hubs and connect to a monitor.

Yes, it is really hard to decide.
