Hi ok here's what happen. I was watching a video on YouTube the computer was about like 25 percentage in battery life. So I go ahead and put the charger on. The video was on for a while. Then I went to get something to eat. When I came back I just watched some video for a while.
The screen just randomly shuts off.

I checked the Battery life its charging. but I don't see any screen turning on when I pressed the power button.

I tried turning it on and the screen has no response with the computer.
Help me what's wrong I need to get my resume and other important files from this computer. Is the computer messed up? things needed to be printed and other important things to do.

Okay what happens is if I remove the charger and put the charger back on the laptop. It lights green for a couple of seconds.
Then it turns back to orange. I see the laptop charging.

Ok when I Press the power button again with the charger on
the orange light turns straight to green light.

    but no laptop response.

I tried removing the battery ribbon off for a long time then holding power.
putting it back and no luck.

please help me is this laptop screwed?
I need some advice on what to do.

    thanks guys.

The green light just means that the battery is at 100% but the mac should still turn on with 25% of battery anyway. This just means that your charger and battery are fine.

Is it turning on at all? The screen could be dark, but do the fans turn on?

You could try SMC and PRAM resets. They should work even without the screen.

I think you need to go to the Apple store and get a quote for the cost of repair. I think the drive is fine though. You do have backups, right?

I have no backups that means im messed up I have my letters and resumes and other crap in there.

do u think its fixable I also don't have a lot of money right now I hope it will fix.

what things can I do to fix the laptop?
how do I do that smc PRAM resets?

While I'd imagine most people in this section own MBP's the MBP section is a lot busier ask a mod to move it there it'll get more love.
