I'm a volunteer firefighter and we just changed our call alerts to texting. I also happen to be a heavy sleeper.

Basically I'll get a text in the middle of the night saying that there's a fire, and I need to go to the station. It will always be from the same number, so I can save the number as a contact and customize the text-tone. The problem is that I can't find a text-tone that will wake me up because of the short duration.

I was hoping I could: (in order of what would be best)......

    A) Use a full length song as a personalized text tone from the phone number
    B) Have a text tone that repeats over and over again
    C) Find the loudest possible alert

    Thanks in advance!

The standard alarm tone always manages to wake my hung over butt out of bed.

This should get you out of bed...guaranteed. LOL.
I have already converted to m4r ringtone format (just unzip it)...add it to itunes and sync it over to the phone.
