I've been waiting for an imac update to buy a new 27 inch and i was wondering would this desk be able to fit the imac with keyboard/mous and my ipad and iphone in docks?
I would remove the side shelves so it can fit.

Sorry in advance if this should not be posted here. Thanks again.:)

For a 27" display the desk looks a bit shallow. The screen would seem too close IMO. Maybe that's just the pic - try to find size details :)

I was in IKEA recently and remember seeing this one. It was pretty small. The 27 inch iMac could probably fit, but you'd be pushing it for space. It's pretty low to the ground, too. Almost like it's made for a child.

That desk is way too shallow. Look for something with at least 24" depth.

the depth is what is worrying me. :(

Right. The iMac is already almost half that and you don't have a keyboard figured in.

    Not going to work.

I was going to buy a desk from that range but was shocked how small they were when I got there. When for one of the build it yourself ones and chose legs and a top.

I just finished building a new desktop for my new 27" iMac, now just waiting on Apple to update the iMac range. My desk top is 90 cm deep (36" for those in the US) and 180 cm (72") wide. It has a unit on top to house the iMac in the center, here is is during construction.

Since this picture was taken I've added a narrow shelf to the center section which will sit nicely behind the iMac for external HDDs. The side sections have movable shelves for papers and other storage. And a couple of draws at the bottom. It will sit on a new pine desktop.

ETA - all up it cost me less than $200 in materials.
