Hi,

My phone entered the safe mode state and no amount of rebooting helps so I guess some files must be causing this to happen.
[Although it was written in Safe mode, but I am still able access Winterboard]

Tried using Crash Reporter but there are no 'suspects' indicated by this App. As I tried to recall the last few things I did before safe mode came out, two Ringtones App came into my mind.

I was trying to make ringtones using those 2 apps but in the end it mentioned the phone have to connect to itunes before the Ringtones are being sync back to the iPhone.

May I know where are those temporary files of ringtones being located in the phone? I tried using iFile to locate but after an hour, I can't find it. I am thinking that deleting those files might able to work.

My screen of those 2 apps are as followed in the attachment:

Thanks and I appreciate your help!
