Help... Accidentally deleted my 3gs dialler with ifunbox

I was deleting some stock apps i dont use, using ifunbox and ive accidentally deleted my dialler 🙁 the phone was rebooted then i noticed,

The phone is, 3gs ios 5.0.1 with 06.15.00 ipad 2 baseband ( for the unlock)

How can i get it back ? All help and guidence appreciated
