Hi everyone!
For some time now, I've been unable to watch videos (youtube, vimeo, daily motion etc) or even listen to online music or online radio.
I have 2 browsers Chrome and Safari.
On Chrome, videos play the first 3 seconds then randomly stop, the same goes for anything that requires streaming. My current Flash Player version is: 11.5.31.5 (See below) and it seems to be the latest.
On Safari, it says I have a missing plug-in. When I go to download Adobe, I get an error meessage, it says it's not recognised. (See below).
I tried uninstalling Adobe but I get the same error message. I tried disabling the plug-in on Chrome as recommended, I tried HTML5 but NOTHING is working.
I'm very frustrated and looking for an answer. I'm not computer savvy at all but desperately need help.
