Help! Airport extreme ?

Help, I keep getting a pop up saying, anotherdevice or network is using my ip adress, so im unable to get to the web. I have reset my router and airport extreme but it still keeps giving me that pop up. Do I change my IP adress and how. Thankz!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How did you setup the Extreme? Is the Extreme directly behind the ISP modem or behind another router that is connected to the modem?
