Help! Airport extreme ?

Help, I keep getting a pop up saying, anotherdevice or network is using my ip adress, so im unable to get to the web. I have reset my router and airport extreme but it still keeps giving me that pop up. Do I change my IP adress and how. Thankz!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!🙂

How did you setup the Extreme? Is the Extreme directly behind the ISP modem or behind another router that is connected to the modem?

yes it is under my router.
