Help! Am I doing this right?

Ugh. Finally got iOS5 on my iPhone, but none of my music, apps, etc. So do I "restore from backup"? Is that how I get all that back? Or will that mess up the new iOS?

did you backup before you upgraded? if so, just update from that backup.

So do I right-click on the iPhone in iTunes and choose "restore from backup"?
