Help. App store won't open.

Hello. I tried to open my mac app store but when I clicked it, it shows this dialogue box

I restart my mac but the mac app store still not working.
How can I fix this?

Try going into Disk Utility and Repair Disk Permissions and see if that works. If it doesn't, show us the details.
