Help apple asto id

I work for a Uk Pc company,I had to complete some training called ASTO training,I had backed up an iphone to the cloud and when I went to restore it would not let me,I called apple and even though they tried to help I was told it was because I had a reseller account and I had lost my back up option,Has anyone else had this problem and is they a way to fix this,I had back up on my PC but had to restore so lost that also so not having much luck...Cheers Guys

unfortunately, i dont think u have an option, considering the apple guys told you you had lost your back up option and you had to restore your PC. im pretty certain those are the only 2 ways used to back up data. considering you're out of these 2 options, i dont see any light in this tunnel

wait around for some of the senior members to comment. maybe they know of some other way that i dont. g'luck!
