HELP! Apple Music Broken?

So, I'm listening to music through the App as usual, and all of a sudden this morning the app quits. I go to open it and it looks like a window is opening but it sends me right back to the home screen. I can't even access the settings of the music app in the Settings app. I've reset my phone, completed the latest software update, and even deleted/redownloaded the app but it won't open at all.
 
UPDATE: Is anybody with large music libraries experiencing issues with keeping your music downloaded to the phone? Last week my phone just up and deleted all my music and movies from my phone. The music is still accessible from the cloud but if I try to download them, the app up and quits working and re-deletes the content. I have a library of over 9,000 songs. I had successfully downloaded about 6,600 and then suddenly the app quits and all songs were removed. I've reset the phone and even completed a factory reset. Help.
