Help! Apps not working after Time Machine backup

I just moved to a new Macbook with a restore from Time Machine, which has seemed to break a few apps like blueJ, Steam, and GOG. Not really sure what could be causing this issue or how to resolve

Try installing Rosetta. It looks like that is your problem. It has been so long since I used Rosetta, I don't recall if a TM pulled that over.
