i ordered on the 15th at 5:40 pm ish
i got a confirmation email that second WITH AN ORDER NUMBER.
since then i haven't heard anything, and my order was not recognized by their system ERROR OS001: etc etc...
my most recent email from at&t which came just now reads as follows:

Please call us at 866-416-8166 by June 23, 2010 so we can verify your identity. When speaking with our AT&T team, you will be asked to answer a short list of unique questions that only you should be able to answer. Again, these questions are intended to verify your identity for the purpose of protecting both AT&T and our customers.
Our inbound call hours are as follows: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 9 PM (EST).

If we don't hear from you by June 23, 2010 your order will be canceled automatically.

ALSO: I'VE BEEN ON HOLD FOR 30 MIN and still waiting. ugh.
