Help attaching photos in forums

Guys, it's been a while since I've used my Mac to attach a photo to any forum. And now that I've gone to do this I'm totally baffled!

I've arranged all the photos in the Photos app in Folders. But when I go to attach a photo attach files / Photos all the photos are shown as individual photos and no folders. This'll make it spectacularly time consuming to find the photos I need as I have 1000's of photos.

Is there a way of seeing the folders? Or would I need to copy and paste the photos from the Photos app itself?

Personally I find it easier to drag the photo from Photos to the desktop (this will make a copy, rather than moving it) and then upload to the forum from there.

Thanks for the tip Nermal. I did the she thing tonight. But am hoping there is a way to browse the folders on the photos app. Is this at all possible?
