iM 4,1-14,4 Help Ausdauersportler usb flash will not force flash amd wx4150.

Trying to flash wx4150 with Ausdauersportler USB tool. Saved the old Bios fine. Recognizes newer version of bios on card so -p doesn't work. -f says not available on external version. So does fa, fp and fm. I have heard AMDVBFlash 2.93 will allow -f command. Can't find a download for linux tried techpowerup oldest version was like 4.16? Any help appreciated kind of stuck.
 
For anyone trying too figure this out. Some how I found an old Copy of the usb tool from 2021. Worked perfect. Looks like a different version of amdvbflash in that version. Problem is can't remember where I got this.
