What do you mean 1.2 is not working?
Also 1.2.1 is the newest Bluetooth firmware updater (for PPC). Edit: Bluetooth Firmware Update 1.2.1: What to do if update won't finish
Downgrading is usually not something you can or will do with Macs, a reinstall is most often the only option if you cannot troubleshoot the problem in some easier way...
