Ok, so I've been messing with rEFIt and linux on a pendrive.

Here's where I made a mistake, I used to partition tool at rEFIt menu on boot. It asked me if I'd like to sync and I said yes.

Now I have an option to boot "legacy OS" and the only thing I have installed is OS X. How do I remove this Legacy OS option? I tried uninstalling rEFIt and it still shows up when I hold the option key. I would like to restore my mbr/gpt or w/e.

Thanks for the help, let me know if you need any other info.
