Fry's Electronics
to be fair, Fry's is not just any old store. it is a massive (wal-mart size) electronics store that specializes in computers and audio/video equipment. the staff there is knowledgeable, and if the person you find isn't, they are fairly good at getting someone for you who is (think 1980's radio shack). I wish there was one around me... I went to the one in Phoenix AZ and almost died of techno lust!
