help burning

Hey guys

I'm at a loss and I know I can find answers here.

I edited my pictures using iphoto, and transferred them to the desktop to place in a burn folder to burn onto CD. But I can't import the pictures to the burn folder with out the files becoming shortcuts. I believe this has only occurred since I switched to Leopard.

I think if you hold the option key when you drag them to the burn folder it will copy the files there, not just the aliases
