I'm looking at a flip style HD camera. Will it be any better quality than the video camera on my iPhone 4?

I have both an iphone 4 and a flip and I'd say the iphone is almost as good as the flip as far as quality goes
but the flip cannot take stills just so you know

The only way to get a camera that is significantly better than the one on the iPhone 4 is to spend several hundred dollars on something with a much larger lens.
The Flip and their ilk are numerically only 2-3% better on the frame rate than the iPhone

1. That's not true there are cheaper cameras that are better than the iphone's
2. frame rate is not the only thing that determines how good the quality is
3. The microphone is also an important thing to factor in depending on how much you care about the sound quality
