The Waste
I recently had to perform a Time Machine restore to my MacBook Pro after some internal hard drive issues. After the system restore I am unable to see the second partition on the external hard drive connected to my AEBS. The first partition is where I keep my Time Machine Backup, and I the drive auto-mounts and I can backup wirelessly. Picture below:

However, if I connect the drive to my computer via USB, the second partition (labeled 'External HD') mounts with no problem, and I can write to it. See picture:

Both partitions are formatted Mac OS Extended (Journaled) and were working marvelously for over a year prior to this recovery. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried Disk Utility verify/repair the problem partition? Either that or Diskwarrior may be able to get that troublesome partition to mount for you again via your AE.
