Hi guys, just trying to get back into Windows 7 after installing it via Boot Camp. Only thing is that holding down the option key during restart does nothing, and although the partition in which Windows 7 is installed under shows up in finder, I am unable to view it in system preferences so that I can boot from it. Any advice?

    Cheers, Marcel.

I'm having the same problem randomly. Sometimes I can get right in to Windows 7, other times (like right now) I can't get it no matter what I try.

I just got it to work again. Try this: Look in finder for your Windows drive. Mine was called Untitled. Eject it. Shut down, then start up holding down Cmd/Alt.

Hi thanks a lot jknight, I still can't seem to get it going. I also have an 'Untitled' partition (formated NTFS, 50GB), tried to unmount it and press Cmd and Alt at the same time as the system was booting, still nothing.

For a little background: I installed W7 with bootcamp version 2.0 and my Leopard system is 10.5.1 (I am currently downloading the current updates). Would any of these factotors have anything to do with it? Should I not have installed it using bootcamp? Or should I re-install it when my Leopard system is finally updated?

    Cheers, Marcel.

Try going into System Preferences>Startup Disk and seeing if you can select your bootcamp partition as your primary drive.
