Help!!! Can't see rented movie on Mac (expires in 30 min)

My wife rented a movie on her iPhone. We would like to watch it on the MBP. In iTunes the movie is not showing up anywhere, only on her phone. I need help as this movie expires very soon. Thanks!

Was the movie rented with the same Apple ID the Macbook Pro uses to connect to the iTunes store?

I seem to remember that you could only watch a movie on the device you rented it on..

This^.....I contacted iTunes support and apparently you can only watch the movie on the device you rented it on. Rented movies are not compatible with iCloud. Without prompting the CSR refunded my money for the movie. Gotta love Apple customer service
