HELP! Can't send pictures as MMS to non-iPhone users in iOS 10

First of all...hate the update.

If I'm messaging someone with an Android phone the normal 'click the camera' to send a picture as MMS does NOTHING! Am I the only one having this problem? Something with my carrier's MMS settings or does Apple just assume everyone I talk to has an iPhone?

Well, I had the same issue... and the problem was related to mms settings in carrier settings. They were wiped by update (nice job Apple) and I was unable to activate any of these 3 buttons. After you set properly MMS settings reboot phone and check again. Should be working now...
