I ended up backing up my iPad Pro, iOS 11.2.2, via iTunes (iCloud to actually), restoring, and now I cannot turn on iCloud Music Library! I have tried everything I have read - I am using same iCloud and Apple ID as on my Mac and iPhone, I have even in the most extreme attempt reset the iPad as a new iPad with no backup, logged in to iCloud, and tried to turn it on in Settings - it keeps saying Unable to Turn on iCloud Music, try again later.
