Help Clean Boot My Mac!

I just got a year old macbook from a friend. I tried to boot using the disk so i will have a clean start and it says the software isnt compatible with the book but its the software that was with the mac when purchased!

What mac do you have?
Is your mac a Core Duo or Core 2 Duo?

core 2 duo with 2gigs of ram

what do the disks say on them? they should say what system they are for

they dont say anything on them besides "mac osx install disk 1"
