Help! Commercial Slate and Black Screen Requirements

Okay, so there is a first time for everything and this is mine. I've developed a commercial, and am sending it to the stations today to place. They require the following:

- 5 seconds of slate (150 frames)
- Audio type on the slate (stereo or surround)
- 2 Seconds of black.

I'm fine with the slate and the audio - but do you think the black comes at the end of the commercial, or before it begins - directly after the slate?

Just ask the station for clarification.

Normally though there will be black between the slate and the start of the program.
