Help Converting Video to Apple TV

Hi

I am new on Converting Videos to Apple TV and I have some questions
a) What is the best Bitrate to use
b) What is CRF
c) What size of Video I must use
d) How many Frame X second I must use

Just use handbrake and select the apple tv setttings however it's been able to play anything I have put on it via perian.

Use your iTune

Import your movies in iTune, and then using Advanced pulldown menu one can convert the movies to ATV movie format. This is the most simplest solution, and it works.
