I have the 2012 4 128 MBA and I use it for school. The battery can last me through all my classes (6+ hours) and I can only imagine the new 2013 will give you even more juice.

A lot of times I have 10+ safari tabs open, and chrome, and skype at the same time and I have never had a problem.

Just pull the trigger. You'll love the new machine!

I have a 4gb ram/64gb SSD macbook air, and it suffices for me. I still have about 15gb of free space, though I admit it sometimes seems a little close for comfort. Use it for mainly the same tasks you mentioned, using cloud services like dropbox and evernote to move stuff around.

I guess it helps that I don't have any media stored on my laptop (so no music, games, movies etc). 128gb sounds about right. Be prepared that stuff like sleep disk images, Mail and iCloud will suck up space as well (I have each taking up about 5gb of storage respectively).

Even for LOL?! I heard that over time it will take up TONS of memory...

League of Legends does not require much hardware power believe it or not. Graphics are like Maple story lol..... If you were playing Metro than I would say yes on more ram but than again the coding in that game is just bad. As for Minecraft... i think that game can run on 1gb of memory

Be advised.....lolmac14 has not been back since Dec 2013 (10 months ago), and your reply will not be read....;)
